Mark Rubio is trying to eliminate the Affordable Care Act by advising his fellow republicans to not sign a key piece of legislation til the healthcare act is repealed. Many benefit and many more will begin to benefit once the whole healthcare law takes effect. Lets send a message that says don't appeal our health care. Please sign if you don't want it appealed.
