To: Mayor Mullin and the Stirling-Rawdon City Council

We are requesting an amendment to the bylaws of Stirling-Rawdon, ON to allow for the keeping of small flocks of backyard hens (NO roosters) in a secure, clean and responsible manner as pets and for the purpose of egg consumption by the owner. The number of hens would be a quantity agreeable between the town and it's residents.
