I rode a 250cc bike when I was just about 16 you ride within your limits! It should be the first thing you teach your kids. We all started very young and are better riders because of it! You can't put a restriction on age for engaging in motors ports! This law is reticulum in my opinion and I hope the legislators really think this one over!

My 11 year old daughter has been driving an Indy 440 for years!! She got her first 4 wheeler at 4 years old and has been riding ever since. I wouldn't be opposed to requiring the children to take a safety course...but not riding at all is crazy.

I rode when I was a kid and It would be sad if my kids couldn't ride. My daughter (now 10) has been riding for 2 years!!!

Please use common sence and let us parent our own children. Amend this law and stay out of the way of good parents.

The Government believes they know whats best for us and our children.How about the Government allow parents to have a say in weather a child can ride or not. My children have ridden and been safe because I took the time to teach them to ride correctly. The Government has bigger fish to fry and parents should have a say and be accountable.

The parents of the child should be the ones making the decision if their child is not able to ride a certain sized engine ATV. It is on a per person basis that it should be decided not a blanket rule for all.
