These are innocent victims of these horrible crimes! They can't speak up for themselves we are it!!! When a serial killer is profiled they say it starts with animal cruelty.. Then we need to get them off the street and punish them not a shake of the hand with a fine for killing/ murdering a breathing and living animal!

Animals have no voice to speak for themselves. Anyone who harms an animal should be penalized for what they do. A fine isn't nothing for some ignorant animal abuser. They should be treated the same way they treat these innocent animals. Animals, children and the elderly should never be mistreated. And anyone who's does so should have to pay for what they have done!!! You know what they say an eye for an eye..

I am 100% in favor of this law being passed!! In fact, I believe that "we the people" should be given the right to vote on this bill.
