No animal should suffer at the hands of a human being. WE NEED STIFFER LAWS!

Every animal no matter what deserves a chance. If you can't take care of them or don't want them anymore, take them to a shelter there are plenty of people who will take care of them. I rescued my pitmix Lillie from a shelter, and she's so loving and playful. People who hurt animals should have the same done to them!

As a member of a nonprofit animal rescue, I see firsthand cases of obvious abuse and neglect on a daily basis. But the cases of cruelty are heartwrenching and frustrating. The abusers know they will always get off with minor fines, if anything at all gets done. The pattern of cruelty & abuse must be stopped. It is proven that those that will abuse and harm or kill animals will eventually progress to doing the same to humans. Please help stop thus cycle of abuse!
