I adopted an abused maltipoo. He was almost starved to death after some monster put a rubber band around his tiny face it was soo tight it cut his face to the bone. He had to have surgery to sew up his face. If I could find the monster who did this to my sweet baby boy he would be 6 foot under the jail .... Animal cruelty is a Crime..... Punishable by the Law!

What part does farm bureau insurance play in preventing this from changing. I challenge you to research it and think about it before you "donate" another dollar with your annual dues!

The laws MUST change to protect these poor animals!!! With ALL the dog fighting going on now, the laws do nothing to protect the animals.

I'm signing because I love animals and do not like seeing them neglected or abused. I believe one deliberately harms an animal, there a high probability they will hurt another person

It's time Mississippi started protecting our animals! We also need animal abuse registry like Tennessee has! Enough is enough!

IMMEDIATE ACTION SHOULD BE TAKEN TO STOP ANIMAL ABUSE.
