Animals are like children, they are innocent. They are either taught to be agressive or have no up bringing. It's humans that are the beast in this world that do horrible things to innocent animals our fury children!

I am a resident of Jackson County MS and the fine this man was give is a joke. The laws need to be made stricter for it they will do such a horrible thing to a defenseless dog they would probably do the same to a defenseless human baby!!!!
