Please help protect the dogs and cats of Mississippi from people who are killing and torturing them. I hope it will be a felony to do such crimes against defenseless animals. It is proven that those who hurt and kill animals will often hurt or kill people, too. Please help protect the animals and people of Mississippi by making better laws to protect them. We must intervene in the terrible acts of abuse and neglect. It takes a dark and dangerous heart to intentionally inflict pain and suffering on any life. Abusers won't do it just once. They need to be identified and taken as a serious threat to society.

it is our duty to protect animals and it is our duty to prosecute the people that deliberately abuse them. These animal abusers are the very same people that abuse children , women & anybody defenseless. They are a menace to society.
