Please don’t let any of those names be the name of our Baseball team. You’re just setting our team up for failure. Who wants to go see, play for, or coach any team called the Sod Poodles. We’ll be the laughing stock of the world. Come on Amarillo!!!!!

Names are terrible and embarrassing

I thought these were baseball people. Planned to purchase 8 season tickets for our company. If this is indicative of their management style and game day experience, I'll have to re-think.

Amarillo Dusters, Twisters, Dust Devils, Wranglers, Hornets.

I don't even live in Amarillo but these names are awful!

Who came up with these names? There are many better options out there. We can do better.

Those are the dumbest names for a baseball team I have ever heard. Please can we name the team something that doesn't make us Amarilloans sound like complete redneck idiots? Who came up with this crap anyways?? 2nd graders??? Come on Amarillo...is this the best we can do??
