This is not the first time. They have gone up even last year. I was even told that sometimes they dont read the meters and they just "average" them.

Month before last, my bill was triple what it has been in the past. I had them read the meter, and they said it was accurate. I've cut yard watering in half, yet my bill is still double what it usually is. This is ridiculous!

My bill went up over 170.00 in one month . They told me they had re-read my meter and it was accurate , REALLY!!!

Our bill went up $54.45 from last month. I called and was told I used more gallons and when you go over a certain number of gallons you are charged more. We have not used any more than normal water and our sprinklers on go on Monday Wednesday and Friday. We have had no company and nothing has changed. They did tell me they will come out and reread the meter.

I was charged for 37000 gals when I was out of town 3 weeks . This month I was charged 36000 when I was home all month and using normally . I use more when I am not even here ? No leaks , I was tested by their employee.

We have NOT done anything different in the last few months, there is no way our water bill should be as high as it is. It's our highest utility bill now.

My bill increased from $107.15 to $173.86 between 7/22/19 and 8/21/19. I reduced my yard watering during that time so there should not have been an increase of this nature.

For the billing period of 7/16/19 through 8/19/19 my bill increased from 78.72 to 115.46, an increase of 36.74. During this time period the residence was occupied only 7 days, so I was expecting an amount lower than the last.
