I paid a bill on 9-7-2017 for $235.47. My bill had been running around $65.00. They changed out my meter that month and I talked and talked to the city that they made a mistake when changing out my meter but no one would listen. Paid 8-9-2019=$111.49, Paid 9-10-2019 $111.49 and paid on 10-8-2019 $65.51

It is just my husband and I and the last two months water bills are the highest they have ever been since we moved in in 2005. There is no way we use $100 MORE per month now. We don't water our yard but every 2-3 days at 10 min intervals. I have requested a re-read and they tell me it is correct. It is awful!

Our water bill doubled this past month. This started after the new system was put in place. Just prior to that the city paid a ransom to unlock the city computer systems that were hacked. Just wondering are they trying to pass the ransom they paid and the cost of the new software.. I like to see the revenue generated prior and after this increase in the water bill. Anyway you look at it. it is mismanagement by the utility department and lack of over site by the city council.

My water bill was $85.45 in June, which has been the average. July was $263.75, and August $166.98. I have not changed my sprinkler settings and I don’t use much water in my home. Called and complained but nothing was done

My water bill in a vacant house has been larger for the past 7 months than it was when we were living there. I have not yet been able to resolve, even after having the meter inspected. Something is not right but I am at a loss as to how to address it.

The bill I paid on 7/2 was $148, the bill paid 8/2 was $189 and the bill this month, 9/3 was $336.87. Nothing has changed in 2 months to cause this increase.
