I knew Hank when I was a teenager. My old boyfriend Steven Pabst and Hank were friends. I was shocked when I heard the story and I know Hank was kind guy.

Hi @Chelsee Crisp @Ronnie Yarbroughz and @Will Ting, I used to work as a guard in Hank's cellblock and you might be interested to know that Hank Worley has been used "from behind" by just about every con in that prison. He didn't even fight it, just let every color and creed use him for soups, candy etc. Just thought you might like to know he is "turned out" into a woman now :) have a nice day!

1: For now, I, Will Ting, am signing this petition because Alva's confession was based on a week long coercion from the Marshals & the deputies at his residential domain in front of his then 14 year old daughter; to me, as an Oriental fellow, this is TRULY ULTRA OFFENSIVE for THEM to do something LIKE THAT, ESPECIALLY when they didn't coerce the McDuff family in that kind of manner just because they had Mr. Jackson on retainer!!! (I STILL have a LOT to say about this phenomenon, so stay tuned.)

Oh hell no. Alva Hank Worley lost his right to live in a civilized society the night he participated in this heinous crime. The parole Board paroled McDuff and he went on to murder at least 4 other innocent people, including a PREGNANT mother. We have to make sure they don't make that mistake again. No parole for this monster.

He is paying for the crime he committed, he is the one who chose to participate in the kidnapping (he could have yelled for help when McDuff went to kidnap Colleen Reed because there were witnesses around). It is a case of being in the wrong place at the wrong time for his victim who also had family and friends who love her but unlike his friends and family, they will see their loved one again. The closest they will ever get to her is at her gravesite. He is NOT nor will ever be an innocent victim of McDuff's. As for him being good and never having been a threat to society....a person who rapes and tortures another person is not a good person and someone who is so weak minded that they participate in a rape and murder and never once tried to save the victim because they are "scared" of their accomplice is a serious threat to society.
