I Alton John Trevino Had a relationship with Susie Kikstra in 1997 but we had broken up for two or three months during this year. When we got back together Susie had told me that she was pregnant and the baby was mine so I had went and signed the birth certificate when the baby was born thinking and believing her that this is my child. Mean while a few months had past and I had noticed that the child was not mine due to it had dark skin and frizzy hair. I had asked for a Dna test at that time but was denied by the court system. I had waited until she was Ten years old and tried again for a Dna test but again I was denied by the court system. So I am asking again for a DNA test to prove that this child isnt mine. I dont believe I should have to pay child support on a child that isnt mine. This is why I havent been paying child support not because I dont want to because the child isnt mine.
