The Al REEF Development has been open for occupation for over a year, with no facilities available for it's inhabitants. For over six months MANAZEL has promised that small community shops will be opened in 1-2 months. Every time a resident asks MANAZEL of the progress of these shops the answer is 1-2 months. Six months has passed, SIX MONTHS! Despite MANAZEL promising 2 shops per community and nurseries when buying these properties no action has been taken. MANAZEL is now informing residents they may not bother with shops within each phase of Al Reef just concentrating on Downtown Al Reef which will definitely have shops, even though Downtown shops won't be ready until mid 2011 at the earliest (consider that every deadline made by MANAZEL has slipped, this is very bad news). They have stated we may get a long awaited community shop opened "if there is demand"... Please state your demand for MANAZEL's attention.
