Anet ignored this game mode for 3 years, their actions killed it. They have no idea why WvW players are playing this game mode. Their COE thinks that we like pve. They are not communicating with WvW community.
This should go much higher, to show how arrogant and incompetent they are.

Bring back unchanged alpine borderlands ( i know they are reworking it). Rework desert bl map, ask players for feedback, dont let any pve designer rework it alone.
Maybe we should also make petition about WvW overhaul information. lol.

Not only should the Alpine BL return in all its glory, but get rid of that useless Ruins mechanic as well. #BringBackQuaggans2016

I'm sure the desert BLs are just fine if you're in a high tier server... which I am not. Mid to low tier NA servers (I cannot speak to EU) have lost way too many good WvW players/commanders because of how massive and ill-thought out the Desert BLs are. The Alpine BLs were easier to raid AND defend. Please consider if not bringing them back permanently then rotating Desert and Alpine more. We have enough desert with Dry Top and Silverwastes.

I like the desert map, but i loved Alpines, please bless us with that holy place once more!
We didn't ask for the PvE desert maps :(
