Support for the elderly can only start with a roof over their heads after this we can fine tune fundamental care and address needs. We need more homes.

Social housing for all categories in all cities across the country is at crisis point. HAP and Rent Supplement caps need to be reviewed as a matter of urgency. In fact the whole system need to be reviewed, private landlords are not 'buying in' to either scheme.
