Help stop a housing development next to a SSSI meadow in Hereford

Having spent time in the area, I can reinforce comments made earlier. Any thoughts of houses being built so close to a magnificent area (which also happens to be a SSSI) would show a complete disregard for protecting this sensitive part of the countryside. I trust the council will carefully consider these factors and reject the application by Bovis.

developments in or close to SSSIs mustbe stopped. there are many poor ecological sites that can be used as alternatives.

This rare meadow must be preserved. Hereford has a great problem with ever increasing traffic through the city, this proposed build will add heavily to this.

Find somewhere else! Don't ruin the beautiful scenery . Such a shame and no thought for the people who currently live there and the effect it will then have on housing prices.

Lugg Meadow is an invaluable habitat for some of our rarest flora, such as fritillaries and fauna. Such sites of scientific and historical heritage must be conserved, protected and cherished.
