Leeds Trinity is hiding behind petty bureaucracy while pulling a student away from the people she studied alongside for years. I am busy drafting formal demands to the administration because their refusal to let Ally cross the stage with her cohort is a pathetic insult to our entire community.

It doesn't make sense not to allow Ally to graduate with her classmates. Noone deserves to have their day ruined by having to graduate alone!
Ally should be allowed to graduate with her fellow peers, graduation is a big part of getting/finishing you degree and if ally can not celebrate this with her classmates/friends it's would be such a shame.
She doesn't even go here!

Ally should ABSOLUTELY be allowed to graduate with her peers. Totally ridiculous that she shouldn't be allowed!
Graduation day without Ally Thornton would be like Deal or No Deal without Noel Edmonds. Art Attack without Neil Buchanan. Blue Peter without that sexy Indian woman who's now married to Charlie Brooker. Let her graduate where she belongs, you evil degree merchants! Tar in advance x

The fact that you can opt to not turn up and receive your degree in the post tells us that where you graduate isn't important. The fact that we still have to wear specific gowns and hats at a specific location says it all really. We submit our work electronically, and I can order take away on the toilet, please got get out of the past Leeds and hand people their pieces of paper where they want.
