Please allow instructional permits to be issued via online as it is very difficult to get an appointment and if one is obtained, it is nowhere close to home

I badly needed to get license, after all anxiety, practices and etc I can’t still drive to work, have to pay $25 UBER ! If I know this gonna happened I should take instruction permit with photo !

My child has been done with Driver’s Ed for 2 months. There are NO appointments - looked as far as 1 1/2 hrs away.

I am currently in drivers ed. Due to the corona virus, it has been very difficult for me to get an appointment to get my permit. I would very much appreciate it if temporary permits could be issued. It would help me and so many others.

During these unprecedented times we need to do as much as we can to keep things moving, especially for our young people. They are missing out on so much. This is just one more thing that would help them feel things can be a little bit normal.

Inadequate appointment times means backlog will increase, which increases the likelihood that people will start driving unlicensed. Reducing need for permits in person increases resources for other licensing office needs.

I have two daughters that are beginning driver's ed. They are loosing so much during this time. No school, no friends, no social interactions. Please allow them to have online/photo-less drivers permit.
