My 2 sons are both waiting to be able to get their permits. My oldest needs to have his license for his work, this is a good, valid solution until offices can open properly. thank you

This should be a given. The permit simply allows the students to further their skills by allowing them to drive with a qualified driver.

My son has been waiting months for his permit. We have already paid for drivers school and he has taken the online course however he cannot finish without his permit. With having to have your permit for 6 months before he can get his license he may be looking at another year before he'll be able to get his license and drive. He would like to get a job however it's very difficult without his license.

I just checked for available appointments and there are no appointments available in Lynnwood or Renton as they have already been booked. There are a few in Federal Way the week of 7/20. Other than that those in the Puget Sound area will have to go to Lacey, Parkland, or Bellingham to get a permit. We really need the executive order so all our students can get their permits.
