Issue Instructional Driving Permits Now!

This needs to happen now! Completely ridiculous!

Please allow our kids to get their permit online. My son has finished drivers ed and can’t drive.

A more efficient process for instructors permits would be ideal for students enrolled in Drivers ed. Would have liked my daughter to practice driving while taking the class so the class is more practical.

The WA DOL temporary instruction permit plan would help my son move on to behind the wheel practice. Please consider signing the executive order to implement this plan immediately.

Because my child was not able to get her permit, she is at risk for having to drop out of the running start program in the fall because she will now not be able to get her license until January, instead of November.

Earliest appointment I can get for my son who has already finished the online portion of driver’s ed is end of July. How is that fair he can’t even do his drives to finish driver’s ed fully and start practicing

Waiting for permits to be issued to continue drivers education for 3 long months. Why can’t permits be issued online?

Please allow temporary non-photo instruction permits so that my daughter can start to use the skills learnt in drivers ed and actually learn to drive. Please make this happen.

I will be starting running start at a college a few miles away from my school this year. If I can get my permit now then by the time running start happens I will have my license.

Please allow temporary permits. The D.O.L. is months behind. Allow these students to get permits online
