This is just crazy I need to even be signing this. The body cam footage you can clearly hear the bugs and couldn’t once hear any music. Sad

This establishment treats everyone like family. They deserve to stay open and would be very detrimental for the community if Cairo were to close.

Cairo had been a safe haven for me for years and years. It is a place that has allowed me to be myself, and welcomes anyone with open arms. I’ve gotten opportunities I wouldn’t have if it wasn’t for Cairo, and I’ll do whatever I can do to help Cairo stay open

My husband and I have made many of great memories over the years at Cairo. Even tho we don’t live close anymore, we always went out of our way to go visit when we could, when visiting for holidays and such. I hope that whoever’s hands this petition lands in, will know just how much of an impact live shows will have in helping save this wonderful family owned business. Cairo is a community, a home, and the Cairo fam means so much to us and so many others. So please West Chicago, allow venues like this one to host live shows again; it could save so many businesses, including one of the best I’ve ever had the pleasure of visiting.

Andrew and his family are some of the most hardworking, honest, and diligent people I've ever had the pleasure of working with in my 20 years as a recording artist and touring musicician. West Chicago has so few interesting, earnest, and unique places to speak of and I think West Chicago would be making a tremendous judgment in error by closing and dismissing such a wonderful and supportive venue. You all should be so lucky to have something that isn't another Applebee's or Dunkn Donuts.
