I thought rockford passed something in 2013, and I’m now seeing a lot of negative retort, so I’m guessing it hasn’t been passed? I want to be able to raise a small amount of chickens given enough space and no roosters, even 2 chickens or 3 shouldn’t be a issue if enough space is had and not cramped all together. I hope we can get this passed.

Chickens (hens in particular) are an amazing teaching tool and a great step towards sustainability which would be a comfort to many in light of the current pandemic
