Allow the German Re-enactors back into River of Time

Don't punish the lot because of a few bad individuals

History is history and choosing to portray the enemy doesn't make you one of them.

We can't erase history. As a WWII reenactor and living historian, i humbly beg you to allow German reenactors back in. All sides need to be represented. All sides.

Destroying history is and has always been a disaster to nations.

History has to be preserved!

Allow them back!

History must be preserved and presented. Sanitizing the past makes us unprepared for the future.

They absolutely deserve the opportunity to be at this great event

History needs to be told. There are both good and bad. To the victor allows them to redefine history. But you also need to know the other side so I cannot be repeated. Books only tell one part of history.

History is alive. It will not be ignored or erased. You cannot choose specific points, and discard the rest. It is our collective experience.

History should not be censored to appease people's feelings. It is important to learn ALL aspects of history. You cannot learn from the mistakes of the past if you don't know what they were to begin with.

Allow the German reenactors

You need to keep history as it was.

We can't just pick through our history and decide what to remember and what not to... i think its fair to say that every single time period portrayed at river of time impacted many people greatly and on a number of levels too... but, it still happened and its still our history!! This is the most universally diverse learning experience and consistent presentation I've witnessed in any reenactment atrendance...its amazing for so many at all ages!! #keephistoryalive #itsnottrailmix
