The Hirschl School is a place of education. It contributes to the community by keeping arts and culture alive, and by being a positive reinforcement. More than teaching dance, the HSDA stimulates and upholds an environment that is conducive to reducing stress and anxiety. The COVID pandemic has had a severely negative impact on the school, both as a platform for emotional and spiritual support to it's students, and financially, due to the forced closure of its' doors since March of 2020. Many businesses are open at this time, yet a substantial amount of them appear to not provide- or be able to enforce- a safe an environment as they could have inside the HSDA facility.
