Allow Memorials at Sileby Cemetery

Any parent of an Angel baby should be left alone to do as they wish with their child's grave. It's all we have left and they're even trying to take that away. Disgusting

Think of the poor families who continue to grieve and have a heart. It isn't just a grave but a place to remember their loved one.

Please let this family keep their happy place for their son the way it is.

I think families should be able to decorate their loved ones resting place however they like as long as it stays in the boundaries of their resting place.

How on earth anyone with a conscious can consider this to be a suitable thing to do I have no idea. You should be ashamed.

Yes allow decorations

People should be allowed to grieve in what ever way helps them. You get charged enough for funeral etc

Thevgraves do not look terrible or unsightly. Whoever has complained about this need to remember diversity and how we have moved with the times. We are free to express our love and memories in a way which is right for each of us personally. This should be celebrated.

It's awful to not allow people to keep the memory of their child alive. Very sad

I don’t see anything wrong with making your loved ones grave more personal to help with their grieving. As long as it is reasonable I don’t see an issue. A few toys and windmills does is doing no harm!!

You pay enough for the plot so should be able to put items on there

You should be able to put what you want on your loved ones grave, my son's grave is in sileby cemetery and putting ornaments, toys and decorations on the grave helps you make it personal to your loved one. The last two Christmases I have put a small artificial Xmas tree on my son's grave and each time I've visited after Xmas it has gone, I can only presume it was removed.

She should be able to put what she would like to on her son's grave!

I see no harm in having loved things that make people feel closer to there loved one and make them feel they havent forgotten them i would be the same and and this would rip my heart out if i couldnt have my own childs grave how i wanted it to be u soon take the money for the plot grave are meant to be so ppl can still show respect for there loved ones not to be upset

Allow families to grieve as they wish, show some compassion. Think outside the box, put guidelines to help families maintain and not affect the environment. Do not make this a place families resent to come to because their voices were not heard.
