The National Park need to allow the development of the old Santa claus land in Aviemore immediately, the land has been dormant for years now and now London and Scottish Investment want to develop then this should be allowed as quickly as possible to allow Long overdue investment in the site, if it is allowed to drag on then serious political questions need to be asked of the national park planning committee and what it's true function is.

Allow the development to go a head and stop trying to scare the developer off!

The site remains empty while the committee stalls. I am drafting formal letters to demand accountability for these delays.

I am in support of the alteration to three units. Aviemore's permanent population continues to grow but amenities do not. We live in a tourist village but we do not live as tourists. Give us something that makes living here easier instead of us further polluting the environment by travelling 60 miles for basic shopping needs!

We have approximately 16,000 timeshare guests per annum visiting the area who would love to be able to shop in Aviemore instead of online. Please let this go ahead.

This needs to get put through sooner rather than later. Get the jobs going and our options for shopping to reduce travel to inverness surely that's in the national parks interest of reducing the carbon footprint and keeping people local spending their money.

Get on with it CNP and let's give locals and visitors more choice & more jobs. We, the community want and need this to be taken seriously as a major tourist centre and provide local families with essential facilities & choice.

The whole valley needs these shops to go ahead not just for the investment into the area and the jobs it will create, but also to save us from at least a 60 mile round trip to get the things we can't get from our Tesco because it's too small to cope with volume of shoppers.

Can we cut the red tape and move this new development forward for the people of the valley, The sight just now is an eye sore and Aviemore and the valley really need new shops not just charity and out door wear etc but good branded name shops

As the owner of a local business in the area, get on with it & stop your fannying around as you serve no purpose to the community at all!!

Seems silly that addig extra doors and splitting unit into three would require additional plannig permission.
