Respected IPAS Misniter Mr Roderic O'Gormon and Respected IHREC Commissioner Ms Sinead Gibney, with the utmost respect it is being requested to you to look into the matter of parking of learner drivers and foreign driving license holders, inside Kinsale Road Accommodation Centre(KRAC).

Previously all the drivers were allowed to park on-site, inside the Kinsale road accommodation centre, upon showing the insurance and ownership docs and that practice lasted for years. Then suddenly a few days ago KRAC management disallowed learner drivers and foreign driving license holders from parking on site without mentioning any reason to them. Asylum seekers signed a petition to have a meeting with management about it but management refused to have any kind of meeting about the issue with residents.

All over Ireland, there is no such law to disallow learner drivers (and foreign accepatable driving licence holders) from parking in any parking, that would be discriminatory.

Through this petition, it is being requested to the above-mentioned respected dignitaries to look into the matter and if possible, allow learner drivers to park on-site, Inside Kinsale Road Accommodation Center.
