Allow Learner Drivers To Park Inside Kinsale Road Accommodation Center

Respected IPAS Misniter Mr Roderic O'Gormon and Respected IHREC Commissioner Ms Sinead Gibney, with the utmost respect it is being requested to you to look into the matter of parking of learner drivers and foreign driving license holders, inside Kinsale Road Accommodation Centre(KRAC).
Previously all the drivers were allowed to park on-site, inside the Kinsale road accommodation centre, upon showing the insurance and ownership docs and that practice lasted for years. Then suddenly a few days ago KRAC management disallowed learner drivers and foreign driving license holders from parking on site without mentioning any reason to them. Asylum seekers signed a petition to have a meeting with management about it but management refused to have any kind of meeting about the issue with residents.
All over Ireland, there is no such law to disallow learner drivers (and foreign accepatable driving licence holders) from parking in any parking, that would be discriminatory.
Through this petition, it is being requested to the above-mentioned respected dignitaries to look into the matter and if possible, allow learner drivers to park on-site, Inside Kinsale Road Accommodation Center.
Residents would be grateful.

They should be allowed to park inside the accommodation park for their safety and the cars.
This is totally unfair with resident. There is no law who don’t allow resident to park car at own residential place

I strongly request the center to allow the cars to be park inside the center as other centers .Residents living inside center not a outside.

Wife and me we are going thru full license driving we have two small kids aswel and the menagment and the security they dont allow your car anymore imside we have been told many diferent storys at any kind just to not let us parking the car inside we need help from up high office because here they are going everything what this people like
