This is a petition to allow Lash Specialty courses to be held under the esthetician license in Los Angeles, CA. This will allow lash artist to become licensed under the regulations of the esthetician program as opposed to attending esthetician school and then attending a secondary lash certification course . This will benefit lash artists as well as state board by heightening the chances of lash artist going to esthetician school and lessening the chance of infections and diseases due to the high volume of self taught lash artists.
