Golf is essential in that it provides much needed exercise, stress relief and helps anxiety caused during this difficult time. I believe courses should have restrictions like walk only, reservations only, pin stays in and limit groups to 3. If parks are still accessible there should be no difference for golf courses.

With the proper safety precautions, golf (and tennis) are two idea sports for social distancing.

If you are allowed to jog and exercise outside than there is no reason you can't do contactless payments and walking.
