Stop with the insanity, the walking parks are more crowded than any golf course can be... do the right thing and open golf to the public.

Dear Governor, You are going to see more people congregating in closer proximity to one another in parks, neighborhoods and beaches than can crowd together on a golf course. Two groups of four people typically occupy the 2 - 8 acres that make up each hole. It is very simple for us to maintain proper social distancing - easier than walking along the street in fact.

NY and CT are open for play. Assuming clubs take proper precautions it is a safe way for people to go outside and get exercise

Why not allow us to self manage, Carey own clubs. No one is huddling up close

Just put in very defined rules for social distancing. Even go out in twosome. Golf can be played while keeping 6 feet away from everyone.

As a Jersey resident I understand Social Distancing but being on a golf course we can be 250 yards away from others. Many of us walk. Physical and Mental health is also very important. If we can go to a Liquor store or a Wawa we should be able to play golf.

Michigan was in a golf lockdown and this happened today. Why not NJ follow suit??
