Allow Golf Courses in NJ to Remain OPEN

Golf is healthy exercise!!!

I have more contact with people at the grocery store than I would on the golf course. Open the courses please.

Open up the courses

For the few weeks we played before shutting down course, the social distancing practice by the golfers was much great that those walking around the Lake or the streets. Please reopen courses.

When walking around a lake, you come closer and more in contact with people than playing a round of golf by yourself

Play singles or only people from same household. I don’t care but I need to play.

We are adults and can monitor and comply with any safety preconditions would require

The government allows people to walk on the street and around our lake and do not say anything but don't understand when we keep further than 6 feet away distances on the golf course, we cannot play.

I feel that we could still Golf and maintain Social Distancing. Thank you.

Golf is an exercise that is needed for mental and physical well being at this time. Open up the courses with strict SD guidelines

With the proper observance of the social distancing rule, for riders,walkers & golfers around the ball in the fairway & putting surface as well as the tee golfers can be safe. Masks & gloves if required by Gov. or preference of the golfer.

Golf is predicated on social distancing

Drug stores, Walmarts, Home Depots, Food stores, Liquor Stores, Food delivery, Hopsitals, people are outside walking the streets. There is more exposure at these establishments than on a golf course. I feel Golfers (and Society) can function when using the proper precautions to prevent the spread of the virus. Golfers are coming out of Hibernation. Show some love and open the courses.

I live on the Delaware and Raritan canal which is basically the woods. In a 3 mile walk I'd pass by 10 people max. Reopen!

golf is a needed distraction and with proper preparation can be enjoyed while practicing social distancing.

Dear Governor Murphy, Please re-open golf courses as this provides the joint benefits of both physical and emotional health to our citizens.

Please open up golf courses with proper social distancing safety measures implemented.

This sport with the proper precautions is and will be the most social distancing that can possibly be adhered golf should be allowed

Please reopen golf courses. I promise to abide by any new rules implemented to reopen our nj golf courses

I am one of those who enjoy going to the golf course most nights after work, most times simple to putt and relax for a few minutes after work.
