If you can’t practice social distancing on a golf course, the no one should ever be allowed out of the house, even to work, even to the grocery store, even to get gas.

powered carts need to be allowed but only with a single occupant. if a person has a cart they should be allowed to utilize it and personally i would be happy to pay the cart fee and use my own cart...

I believe it would be very low risk as the golf courses have laid out and would keep people away from more risky activities

Golf is a singular participation sport that can provide much needed mental relief from the daily news. As such - we don't see the same risk of exposure being its one person, a club and ball playing well over 6 feet from each other.... We can observe safe social distancing and therefore - please give us the opportunity.

All New Jersey golf courses must stay open as it’s in nature and it’s within 6ft. Distance social exercise. It’s healthy for people’s well being rather than keeping people inside as it can create unhealthy minds as anyone stay indoor too long.
Please accept this petition and keep NJ golf course open as New York State courses remain open!
