I think it would be a great step towards reforming the lives of ex felons who have stayed clear of criminal activities for a certain length of time to serve in our military. A second chance to be productive at the same time give felons incentives to want to change, a reason to stay positive and hope for a better life. At the same time, it will be the chance for them to give back not only to the community but to the country. Of course, there would be stricter guidelines in detail when making the details clearer.
