Restrictions are important at this time to keep people safe. However, this shouldn't be at the almost explicit detriment of small, vulnerable businesses and in favor of large retail chains.

I support enabling Distributors like Artisan's Cellar and others to deliver SO orders directly to licensees, and/or for the 13 PLCB Licensee Service Centers to re-open. These are not open to the public and provide a safe environment for distributors to drop off and licensees to pick up their SO orders.

PA needs to allow free commerce between states of wine and direct shipments of wine to consumers from wherever that consumer wants to buy wine.
