PA needs to allow free commerce between states of wine and direct shipments of wine to consumers from wherever that consumer wants to buy wine.

I’m unemployed due to this decision... If you don’t open it up I can not feed my family and will stay out of work, have to file for unemployment putting more strain on the already stressed system, in addition the fact that you have essentially created a monopoly to benefit the government and not the people may not hold well in future court dates or elections.

A monopoly doesn't allow an even playing field. PA needs to open up direct delivery now. Thank you.

Wine and spirits have been declared in nearly every other state along with the supporting supply chain.

Please open up the delivery and distribution of wine NOW. We are writing to ask the Commonwealth to allow direct delivery of Special Order (SO) wine to PLCB licensees who hold Wine Extended Permits (WEP), which permits them to legally sell wine to-go.

We need to be able to buy and sell wine. Why can’t we have call in orders for curb side pick up at state stores?
