This is currently the only way restaurants can re-stock ...it can be done safely and should be available right now for consumers to obtain wine, winemakers and distributors to make a living, restaurants to employ workers, and the state of PA to create tax revenue!
These are special orders of wine that should be delivered directly to licensees ALWAYS !
...they are not presented or sold by LCB to licensees, not stocked in stores and licensees have to pick up all orders from the liquor stores ourselves—when they could be delivered efficiently like EVERY other product
...in effect they are double delivered for poor economic and environmental impact just so the LCB can tack on an “in store” markup, even though these boxes could be rocks for all they know or care.

Please permit the sale of direct delivery special order wines for small businesses. The wine-to-go business for small license holders will help them to survive (an pay taxes) in a very difficult business environment

This is a reasonable and safe suggestion that will help keep people employed and prevent businesses from shuttering for good.
Time to end this ridiculous law.
