Please allow this change. We are desperate to survive and any small amount helps exponentially. As a wine importer that represents small estates and that supplies independent restaurants, this matters. More importantly, it matters to the state of PA in order to keep small businesses alive. Please!

Please allow the folks of PA to conduct business safely and responsibly. Any and all businesses that can stay in business should be allowed to do so while we achieve our goal of flattening the curve.

2020 and the PLCB is still operating retail stores. Unreal. There needs to be a significant push to privatize this industry and get PA out of the stone ages.
