At my village children are always playing. I don't see any harm done. End of the day I rather hear the laughter of children then all that renovations going on day in day out.

The children have to have something and playing is all they have at the moment. There was a message from management to say that children were being too noisy in the apartments and that they were disturbing other people so the only place for them to go out and play is outside.
