We had to get rid of our chickens due to nosy neighbors. The current rule is "If nobody calls about them, they don't care. Once they call, they have to respond to it"

If there are families in Hampton who would like to raise chickens as a healthy food source, as an educational tool for children or just for their own pleasure they should be allowed.. Townships around Hampton allow the residence the pleasure of raising chickens. If they so choose Hampton residence should also have this choice

Responsible folks should be able to keep chickens for eggs and bug control, etc. No need for roosters, so that should keep noise concerns down.
