There are loads of McDonald's employees who would like to get their dignity back by being able to have the opinion to grow a beard(again) but the policy states that you can only have a beard for genuine religious, cultural or medical reasons.
I think this policy should be done with and McDonald's should offer everyone a choice of having a beard, I think they should give you the option to wear a beard snood/net.
I see people who work in supermarkets handling open fresh food on a daily bases with a beard longer than 15mm and they don't get told to shave it off because it's policy.
So please join me in signing this petition and bring beards to life in McDonald's!
