I think this policy should be done with and McDonald's should offer everyone a choice of having a beard, I think they should give you the option to wear a beard snood/net.
I see people who work in supermarkets handling open fresh food on a daily bases with a beard longer than 15mm and they don't get told to shave it off because it's policy.
So please join me in signing this petition and bring beards to life in McDonald's!

Im a manager and hate having to shave everyday i suffer sensitive skin and it really doesnt help. The fact that facial hair only ever falls out past a certain lengh would me short well maintained facial hair should be acceptable. Its totally disrespectful to disallow this but ok for it if its part of your religion .
I just started there have had a beard for years and corporate is allowed to have them we deserve the same right

i strongly agree with this petition. it's not the 1950's anymore..and there is a such thing as beard trimmers. the mcdonalds corporation should open there eyes on the possibility of neatly groomed beards and goatees. they should at least allow us to trim our beards and goatees. let the beard breathe a little. or issue beard nets
