So long as the pen and coop area is being maintained and cleaned, there shouldn't be an issue with owning hens. Would be a net positive for the community, especially with the price of eggs at the store right now.

My opinion is that all families if they have space to have 3 or 4 chickens to have a fresh eggs , just for the family, shouldn’t be any problem.

All homeowners should be allowed to have their own hens. As long as the chickens have enough space to be happy and it does not effect neighbors, there is no harm that can come from allowing this. Chickens are an excellent natural pest control and will eat all sorts of insects including spiders, slugs, caterpillars, ticks, mosquitoes and termites.
