Annabelle has been part of the baseball team for years and is a great contributor to it. If CCA cannot offer a softball team for her to play on there is no reason she should not be able to play on the baseball team. This is not a one on one physical sports, such as wrestling or even basketball. Each player. Plays on their own ability. It has no physical contact. There are no locker rooms being changed in together. I see no reason as to why she should not be able to play..

Title IX prohibits all schools that receive federal funding to discriminate against someone based on their sex. Why should you be any different just because you’re a private school. Girls can play baseball too!
