I just sold my rental home last month. I wanted to keep it as an Airbnb until we retired and then use it as as our second home. But when I found out St. Joe TWP wouldn't allow it, my only choice was to sell it. Unfortunately you have lost me as a higher paying property taxpayer: my continued financial support of the area and what would have been my guests.

I like think its a great idea. Mr Nowlen was our neighbor for many years and we chatted everytime he walked by. It would be a great way to honor his memory, he loved that property. It's off the road so neighbors probably would never even notice the guests.

Towns and townships are encroaching on property owners rights! Everything about this should be fought. Quit allowing more choking restrictions on property owns.

This would be a treat for any persons wanting a relaxing, but fun space to stay. The woods are beautiful, the accommodations are great and the number one cool thing about the space, is the owners! They are open and respectful people! This would be a great addition their community..
