I worked with the man Tol shot 7 times for over 30 years. How could Tol even be eligible for parole? He should get the death penalty

Having known 3 generations of the Scott family I cannot begin to express the emotional toll it has taken on this precious family. While they suffer and will continue to suffer, there is no way to justify the release of this man. 13 years DOESNOT equal a life sentence!
