This man is a cold blooded killer. He intended one thing that day and it was murder. He may have been a loose cannon to some, but he knew what he was doing that day. He had no reason at all to come out and gun him down. He has grandchildren who never got to know him. He has no right to walk the streets a free man. A life sentence should be a life sentence. Why, for God’s sake, would the Parole Board consider, even for a second, granting this man parole.
