Prevent the Closure of Allander Indoor Bowling Club

Please keep this so important for so many people x

This is an important facility for all ages in the community and should be retained in the new centre.

This is a disgrace and the bowling should be included in a new Allander for use by all

Thinking esp.of the older generation who use it, why penalise them for keeping fit?

The bowling club provides a community service to the local council tax payers There is benefit of social interactions, mobility and fitness The club has a greater usage as a community centre than any other subsidised hub/centre

Important to the area and to those who rely on this as a social club!

This has been a vital faciltiy for the elderly bowlers providing a route to fitness and well-being for many years. For many of these people it is the only source of social interaction through the winter months. A ridiculous idea when there is nothing in place to replace it.

This is an important assert to the community for people of all ages.

EDC has an ageing population that should be valued and have their rights potected.

This is a terrible decision! Please rethink EDC.

Generations of my family have bowled here - it’s a lifeline for so many older people esp in the winter

Like for like should be delivered for the sport of indoor bowling and the continued use for the local community and the associated benefits this brings. I have family members that use these facilities and it would be a great loss to them.

All facilities like this should be kept open for the wider community health/fitness and social wellbeing.

This is a much needed resource for our elderly community which must be saved.

My mum has no other interaction with anyone outside bowls. Dont take it away
