This is an important facility for all ages in the community and should be retained in the new centre.

This is a disgrace and the bowling should be included in a new Allander for use by all

Thinking esp.of the older generation who use it, why penalise them for keeping fit?

The bowling club provides a community service to the local council tax payers
There is benefit of social interactions, mobility and fitness
The club has a greater usage as a community centre than any other subsidised hub/centre

This has been a vital faciltiy for the elderly bowlers providing a route to fitness and well-being for many years. For many of these people it is the only source of social interaction through the winter months. A ridiculous idea when there is nothing in place to replace it.

Like for like should be delivered for the sport of indoor bowling and the continued use for the local community and the associated benefits this brings. I have family members that use these facilities and it would be a great loss to them.
