I oppose option D4, which takes us away from the naturally zoned schools - Glen Allen H.S or Deep Run H.S

Multiple rezoning and multiple changes are just going to make the crucial transition for kids very difficult

I shared my concerns with the this plan to the redistricting committee via their website as well.

I do not want our kids to go to Tucker Hi, which is too far away from our community-Meadows.

I oppose option D4, which takes us away from the naturally zoned schools - G.A.H.S or D.R.H.S

I am against option D-4. This breaks away from the feeder schools to Glen Allen HS and Deep Run. Our community/neighborhoods have once too many times been affected due to senseless re-zonings in the past and I strongly oppose this option.

Springfield Park students should remain in the Glen Allen High School district.

It really makes no sense to send high schoolers who are just learning to drive to a school further away when 2 other high schools are several miles closer. Why have them driving over Broad when they have two options with no need to travel over a 4 to 6 lane thoroughfare. I had 3 daughters graduate from Tucker and 2 had accidents commuting to school

Against D4. It does not meet any of the redistricting committee's stated goals. It also appears to put greater burden on one of the most diverse student populations. This can not be the committee's intent.

Please don’t isolate our kids by sending them to Tucker with so few of their middle school peers. Our neighborhood has clearly been carved out of unnatural boundaries in option D4.

D4 does not follow the natural boundaries we were told on the first meeting they were going to consider. (ie: highways, west broad etc).
