NEW SCENTSY RULE: Starting Sept. 30, all three locator functions will use the same criteria for returning locator results. The locators will now show only current Consultants with a PRV order in the prior month and a PWS subscription in that brand for that country. Ten Consultants of any title will be displayed based on proximity, and will be listed from closest to farthest away. We hope this change simplifies the locator, eliminates confusion, and provides a better customer experience. This is not fair!!! We are all consultants!!! We pay our monthly fee to have our websites and should be able to be found when our neighbors search for a consultant..Scentsy should review, and change this rule! If we dont get a sale in one month, or two months, we are still a consultant.. this new rule is not helping us, it is actually hurting us! You would be taking away from our business...Some people sell all three brands, but dont always get sells in all three brands!!!! Why should we pay for the website, if we cant be found by our neighbors??? TO SCENTSY: We LOVE the fact that you have made it where the consultant closest shows up on the top of the list, what we dont like is the fact that we have to be active to show up!
