Terrible data (3G/4G) service in Windhoek. Internet is unusable.

My only problem with MTC is the promised download speeds MTC promises on its 4G unlimted as the most I get is 12mb per second and not the promises 100mmb per second which is a big diffierence.
I understand why the 3G/4G download speeds are capped as it is part of MTC's
fair use policy which all customers agree to when signing a contract. Luckily it is only the download speed which is capped. Data is still unlimited. This seems to confuse people.

Mtc sells you a 4g prepaid sim card yet there is no 4g network ever available on my iphone 6s

Also have open case with cran and MTC about internet that i pay for but they cant serply
Sell 4g but tower only have 2g

- Data always going off very fast and not traceable if call the call centre.
- If on contract, minutes given for calling are usually not a true reflection if you call and monitor your call duration.
- 3G in towns like Ondangwa is not strong, signal very poor.
- Wifi router not functional in Windhoek, unless at mid night where almost evryone is asleep.

I dont even bother using my phone internet from 6 to 10 in the evening..Its so slow and very annoying..

I am not happy with MTC. The aweh must not be depleted even the 7 days has lapsed.

Their 4G routers are slow! My internet is slow and never reach 1mbs downloading speed.

Data getting lost somewhere, even though I have a contract phone I have to top up data twice a month.

I am signing this petition for the rediculously slow internet speeds I get even though I'm using their top of the range products, packages, external antennas at massive prices with vwry poor support from their teams!

Whenever I buy mobile data or even just recharge with a mere 10 dollar credit it just finshes in few seconds
